Exhibition Booths

Exhibition booths will be available to companies and institutes.

1. We will have space for ca. 15 Exhibitors (assigned on a first come/first serve basis)
2. The exhibition area will be in the main hall of ETH Main Building, very close to where lunches and coffee/tea breaks are served, and adjacent (to the left and right) of the poster session areas.
3. The standard exhibition booth includes from our side: (a) A table of 180 x 90 cm with company name; (b) Poster walls (if required); (c) Power outlet; (d) any further infrastructure on request.

Price for one standard booth: CHF 2,500 (Swiss Francs)

This exhibition fee includes:

1. Standard booth as specified above.
2. Waived registration fee for one person (access to conference and poster sessions, free coffees, lunches and aperitifs on all four conference days, conference booklet with program and abstracts of all talks and posters; value: 580 CHF)
3. Logo and exhibitor's affiliation on website and in conference booklet.
