Call for Abstracts

Please register before sending the abstract.

Title/authors/affiliation and abstract will be required for application. The authors will receive an email when the abstract has been accepted.

Proceedings

An extended 4-day poster session will be an important conference component. A booklet with full abstracts of talks and posters will be compiled and electronically typeset, for publication as a supplement in the European Cells & Materials journal. Hence, abstracts must adhere to the abstract guidelines.

The required styles illustrated in this Microsoft Word document, must be used as a template for production of abstracts: replace the relevant text shown with your own corresponding sections. The easiest way to use this abstract form is by cutting and pasting of unformatted text into it to maintain the documents present format.

Abstracts must not exceed one page and 2 MB in size. Please submit the abstract as a Word document for Windows or for MacOS. Please submit your abstract here.

Poster Prizes

There will be three sponsored prizes for best posters by PhD students/postdocs. Details will be given well before the abstract submission deadline.

Poster Formatting

Posters should be no larger than DIN A0 (84 cm wide by 119 cm long) in portrait form and not landscape.

Please note

There will be a limited number of slots available for oral contribution which will consist of 15 minutes for the presentation with 5 minutes for questions. These will be selected by the International Scientific Committee of the conference based on the abstracts submitted. If you wish to be considered for an oral presentation please indicate your preference on the registration form.

Conference Language

The official conference language is English.
